What’s New
For a PDF version of this week’s update including photos, download the Executive Summary.
Amazing progress has been made on both the pool vessels and the pool house since we’ve jumped into the new year. Concrete at all three new pool vessels is now complete as well as the roof at the new pool house, marking yet another milestone on the project. Excavation for the first of the two surge tanks is complete and the area sits ready for the tank to be set in place. Keep an eye out for the crane that will be coming in the next few weeks to help set the heavy precast tank! As soon as both surge tanks are set, pool piping will be run from the tanks to the pool house for future equipment connections.
With the completion of the wood framed trusses and roof system, focus has shifted to the interior of the building to start prepping for the interior slab on grade pours. Once completed with the interior slab on grade, the remaining interior masonry walls will kick off which will lead to the start of the interior finishes.,

Did You Know?
As seen in the recent drone photo (see PDF for photo), a white TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing system was used in lieu of the typical EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing system. The purpose of using a TPO roofing system is because it bright white and has extremely reflective properties. This will help with reflecting UV rays during the hot summer months when the pool house is being heavily used.
