While the exterior sitework and pool deck finishes patiently waited for winter to pass, progress on the pool house has continued and some amazing changes have taken place.

Pool house walls and ceilings are now painted, the main entry reception desk and casework has been installed, and the men’s and women’s areas are ready for final plumbing connections, and the exterior storefront doors have been installed. Over the next two weeks, crews will be putting their finishing touches on the pool house to prepare for final inspections!

With the spring season upon us, crews have been back on their feet outside preparing for the exterior sitework and pool deck finishes. Sidewalks around the main entry have been poured – including the donor paver walk, the new parking lot has been graded out in preparation for asphalt, and the pool deck has seen progress every day in advance of the upcoming pool deck pours!

Did You Know?

At the soffits of the new pool house, Ridgewood Pool community members worked together to clean up some of the redwood that was salvaged from the existing pool house. The redwood is completely original and even has the stamps from the mill on it! A piece of the old pool house will always call itself home at the new pool house.
