What’s New

As Spring is quickly approaching crews have been making a strong push on both the interior and exterior of the pool house in preparation for the upcoming site finishes. Interior concrete slab on grade, masonry walls, in-wall and overhead rough-ins are now complete. Painting is also well underway as crews just finished out the mechanical, equipment, and snack shack rooms. The mechanical and equipment spaces will soon have both pool and plumbing equipment installed. Windows and storefront openings are now complete, and the exterior siding kicked off this week. Soon the exterior of the building will be complete, and the pool house will have its new look! The first of the two surge tanks has also been set, allowing the pool piping from the dive vessel and new
competition/recreation pool to be ran into the pool equipment pit for future connections and start-up.

Did You Know?
Between the four pool vessels (existing lap pool, dive vessel, competition/recreation pool, and wading pool), there will be over 448,000 gallons of water. If these vessels were to be filled with a garden hose that typically pumps 12 gallons per minute, it would take over 25 days to fill all four vessels!
